- Routine technical updates and monitoring
- One small content update per month
Domain registrations, premium integrations, booking systems and additional development are charged separately. Monthly care is subject to a service agreement.
Business IT Care
From €79/month
Monthly support
For small offices and businesses needing dependable technical assistance.
Includes
- Remote IT support for up to three users
- Up to two hours of remote assistance per month
- Basic Microsoft 365 account and configuration checks
- General software troubleshooting
- Basic security and account hygiene recommendations
- Monthly IT recommendations
- Priority scheduling over non-contract customers during normal business hours
Additional support hours, onsite visits, Microsoft 365 licences, security products and hardware are excluded. Unused support hours do not roll over.

All package prices are starting prices and exclude VAT. Scope, final costs and applicable VAT treatment will be confirmed in your written quotation before work begins.
One-time setup
Digital Starter has a one-time setup charge. Website + Care has a setup charge for the agreed website, followed by monthly care. Any additional work is quoted separately.
Recurring care
Monthly charges cover the agreed maintenance or support allowance, not unlimited work. Billing arrangements, service scope and terms are confirmed in writing. An enquiry does not start a subscription.

Some projects require third-party software, licences, domains, premium integrations or additional support. These will be identified in your quotation before work starts.
Can I request a service that isn't listed?
Yes. Tell us about your requirements. We can discuss custom digital systems and workflows and confirm whether the project is a suitable fit.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Website + Care and Business IT Care provide recurring support within an agreed scope. They do not include unlimited support or modifications, or 24/7 availability.
Are the prices final?
All advertised package prices are starting prices and exclude VAT. Final pricing depends on the requirements confirmed during consultation. Your written quotation will confirm final costs, any additional costs and the applicable VAT treatment before you agree to proceed.
